torie was chosen from thousands of interior designers across the United States to become a finalist on HGTV's Designstar. Season Four of the network's reality show began with 13 designers and she made it all the way to become one of the Final Four finalists on the show.
Parade of Homes Awards, multiple Houston's Best Awards and Bellaire showcase home awards;Torie also added becoming a Reality TV Star to her list of accomplishments.
Torie was also featured on Great Day Houston for nearly two years as the shows Design Expert.
In conjunction with Ashley Furniture, Torie made many deserving family's dreams come true as she would makeover their spaces and reveal to them their transformation and give design advice and ideas weekly on Great Day Houston.
Torie has also been honored by being named one of "Houston's Most Dynamic Women"
by HOUSTON Modern Luxury Magazine. She has been featured in many issues of the magazine.
Torie was also featured as a guest designer on several episodes of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.
